Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our product team. The ideal candidate has strong skills in user research, interface design, prototyping, and delivering intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibility

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centred designs.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate interaction concepts.

Design polished, high-fidelity UI for mobile and web applications aligned with brand guidelines.

Continuously refine and enhance existing products based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.

Prepare and present design proposals, mock-ups, and user experience improvements to stakeholders.

Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, design systems, and usability best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on UI/UX design experience in a tech or digital product environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centred design projects for both mobile and web platforms.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Basic understanding of front‑end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is an added advantage.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Digital Media, or any related field.

Candidates with equivalent experience, certifications, or a strong portfolio may also be considered.
