What You’ll Do...


Handle all aspects of travel reservations for inbound travellers and groups visiting Malaysia.


Communicate with clients and partners to confirm bookings and itineraries.


Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and confirmations.


Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure smooth arrangements.


Assist in curating personalised travel experiences based on client preferences.


Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending requests.


Provide exceptional customer service with solutions-focused mindset to ensure every traveller has a memorable experience.


What Is Required....


Diploma in any field. Passion in travel and a good understanding of different travel spots in Malaysia will be great!
