As a Travel Product Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional travel experiences for our valued customers. You'll be responsible for handling product requests and inquiries, ensuring they are processed accurately, and efficiently, and meeting our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Product Request Management

• Receive and review product requests and inquiries from sales and other relevant teams.
• Respond promptly and accurately to all requests within established deadlines.
• Ensure requests are processed meticulously, adhering to ARBA Travel's experience standards and quality guidelines.

2) Collaboration and Optimization

• Collaborate closely with the PT R&D Team to optimize costs and enhance the experience for each destination and package.
• Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline processes.

Reporting to

• Head of Product: You will report directly to the Head of Product, seeking guidance and direction on strategic product initiatives.
• Private Tour R&D: You will maintain close collaboration with the PT R&D Team, providing insights and feedback for product optimization.
