Job description

As the Transport Operation Coordinator/Executive at CJ RESOURCES PTE LTD, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of granite product from Johore to Singapore. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru District, Johor, Malaysia, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading player in the granite industry

What you'll be doing

Coordinating the dispatch and delivery of goods from quarries in Johore to Singapore

Managing and monitoring the performance of transportation providers to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries

Optimising transportation routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Maintaining accurate records of shipments, deliveries and transportation expenses

Liaising with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to address any transportation-related issues or concerns

Assisting with the development and implementation of transportation-related policies and procedures

Providing support and guidance to the logistics team as needed

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in a similar transport operation or logistics role
