Retail and Channel Management
  • Plan and execute in-store activations, retail campaigns, and roadshows to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Manage POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) development — from creative brief to production and installation — ensuring high-quality, on-brand designs that enhance in-store impact.
  • Work closely with retail partners and distributors to ensure optimal product display, visibility, and availability in key accounts.

  • Collaborate with design agencies and internal teams to develop eye‑catching visuals and promotional setups that reflect brand identity.
  • Continuously explore new materials, display concepts, and retail solutions to improve the look and feel of outlets.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams — Sales, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, and External Vendors — to ensure timely and seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular reports on market feedback, competitor activities, and shopper insights.
  • Support the marketing team in ensuring consistent branding and communication across trade touchpoints.
Budget Management
