A travel company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Procurement Manager to design and manage travel packages. This role involves research and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to optimize product offerings. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in travel product development and strong communication skills. Opportunities for promotions and bonuses based on successful launches are available.
Research and design compelling travel packages by analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Continuously optimize product performance by reviewing past tour feedback and adapting to evolving market demands.
Identify and recommend new destinations, experiences, and enhancements to strengthen the company’s portfolio.
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strong product positioning, clear value propositions, and effective promotional strategies.
Support the Sales team with accurate product details, quotations.
Prepare quotation and manage private and incentive tours.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and ground suppliers to secure competitive rates and quality service standards.
Check and confirm the availability of flights, accommodations, and transportation for our group tours.
Manage bookings of hotels and related services for our group tours.
Monitor deadlines, cancellation policies, payment schedules, and penalties to minimize risks and ensure operational compliance.
