A leading beauty service provider in Penang is seeking a dynamic individual to connect with new customers and help them book appointments for aesthetic treatments. You will be responsible for outreach through voice and non-voice channels, aiming to meet a monthly KPI of 80 appointments. Ideal candidates are young females ages 18-30, fluent in Chinese, and possess good communication skills. • Contact new customers to successfully arrange appointment to outlets for treatment.
• Contact new customers through both voice and non-voice channels.
• To achieve KPI to let customers to turn up every month (Ideally 80 people per month).

Job Requirements

• Language: Great in Chinese language (Read, write, speak) with basic English
