Role Description

We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist to support our growing real estate consulting operations. This role focuses on handling inbound leads from property advertisements, explaining specific projects, conducting basic home loan eligibility checks, understanding buyer motivations, and arranging appointments with our consultants.

This is not hard selling. You will be trained to qualify prospects professionally and systematically.

Responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads generated from property advertisements
• Explain advertised property projects clearly and accurately
• Conduct basic home loan eligibility checks (training provided)
• Ask structured questions to understand buyer motivation and urgency
• Handle objections professionally without pressure
• Schedule appointments for qualified prospects
• Plan and execute follow-ups based on prospect readiness
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Adhere to company scripts, compliance, and PDPA standards
• No selling over the phone required

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / call centre or sales is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable speaking with prospects regarding income, commitments, and buying plans
• Able to work under deadlines and structured targets
• Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Melayu & English
• Familiar with CRM systems and basic technology tools
• Coachable, disciplined, and professional on calls
• Able to work hybrid in Damansara Aliff, Tampoi
