A leading sales solutions company based in Malaysia seeks a Telemarketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, with 3–5 years of telemarketing experience and at least 1–3 years in a managerial position. Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven ability to improve sales performance and conversion rates. Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of telemarketing compliance standards would be advantageous.
