Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment failures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and parts usage.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize equipment performance.
  • Support improvement initiatives, such as process upgrades and equipment modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or production. knowledge in mold/Buffing/Slurry De-flash/Plasma Oven/Plating will be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, motors, pneumatics, hydraulic, electric/electronic and sensors is preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
