POSITION GOALS

To perform Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, General Building maintenance and inspection to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily inspection to ensure that it meets the client’s standard. Respond to requests from any departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day Initiates Work Order request from supervisor to ensure that any defects, which he may observe, receive attention. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan Keeps his superiors fully informed on the progress of work and how it effects the daily operation. Supervise third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines Liase with other departments to determine the work required by them and advise them regarding the correct operation of equipment. Maintain the proper use and storage of tools and equipment including spare parts. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures 24 hours on call standby which regarding critical equipment's

• Power system interruption (UPS, generator, switchboard, lighting trip anything related to electrical system)
• Cooling system abnormal (CRAC unit, air conditioning system any issues related to HVAC system)
• Fire protection system abnormal. (Gas suppression system, smoke and heat detection, fire extinguisher, VESDA and anything related to fire monitoring and protection system)
• Water leaks detection system.
• Any other system assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/ Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field 2-3 years' experience working as facility technician

Firefighting training and certification from fire department is a plus point

Able to work independently and with minimum supervision

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
