Job description

Provide technical support and assistance for the company’s .NET-based business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues, application configuration, and customization.

Perform routine testing, updates, and maintenance of application features and modules.

Work with project teams and business users to understand system requirements and assist in implementing solutions.

Develop and maintain business reports using SQL queries and reporting templates.

Assist in documenting workflows, technical processes, and user guides for supported systems.

Participate in development projects that may include backend services, web APIs, or data integration between business modules and external systems.

Be flexible and responsive to ad-hoc tasks and requests that may arise from time to time to support the needs of the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Approximately 2 years of experience in a technical support, software implementation, or application maintenance role.

Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server (basic T-SQL, joins, views, stored procedures).

Exposure to ASP.NET or .NET Core, Visual Studio, and web-based applications.

Willingness to learn and grow into more complex responsibilities, including reporting and backend development.

Strong problem-solving mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Experience with ERP, accounting, or inventory systems is an added advantage.

Must be a Malaysian citizen and possess own transport.
