A leading offshore wind vessel operations company in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Superintendent to support fleet operations. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, overseeing Planned Maintenance Systems, and developing project plans. The ideal candidate will hold a Second Engineer Licence, have at least 5 years of offshore vessel experience, and possess knowledge of Dynamic Positioning systems. The position offers a full-time opportunity with a focus on safety and operational readiness.

We are looking for a Technical Superintendent to join our Tech & Operations division. Reporting to Senior Fleet Technical Manager, you will support the Cyan vessel fleet (AU and International fleet) to maintain highest possible uptime, technical compliance, and fleet reliability. You will act as a key liaison between shore management, vessel crew, classification societies, and external stakeholders to always ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance. You will also serve as technical adviser for dockings and vessel modifications, and major equipment maintenance (planned and breakdown).
This is a full-time position based in our Malaysia office.
