Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of exposure and working experience as Technical Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
• General interest in waterproofing specialization.
• Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, submissions, proposals, and method statements.
• Generate requisite project completion drawings to ensure the successful execution of construction initiatives.
• Conduct on-site and laboratory assessments on construction materials, perform surveys, and produce accurate drafts.
• Deliver articulate technical presentations elucidating the features and benefits of the company's products and services.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of technical documents with a minimized error rate.
