We are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about 360 recruitment, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to help them excel in their roles.

• Take ownership of end-to-end (360) recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to closing placements.

• Expand the recruitment team by identifying talent gaps, hiring new team members, and scaling team capabilities.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a wide range of client roles.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

• Monitor and analyse team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Contribute to overall business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and best practices.

• Provide hands‑on support in recruitment activities as needed to ensure high‑quality candidate placements.
