About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about 360 recruitment, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to help them excel in their roles.
Take ownership of end-to-end (360) recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to closing placements.
Expand the recruitment team by identifying talent gaps, hiring new team members, and scaling team capabilities.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a wide range of client roles.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Monitor and analyse team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Contribute to overall business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Provide hands‑on support in recruitment activities as needed to ensure high‑quality candidate placements.

Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, with a strong track record in team leadership and management.
In-depth knowledge of 360 recruitment processes, best practices, market trends, and candidate sourcing strategies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data to drive decisions and improve team performance.
Highly organised and detail‑oriented, able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
