Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Classroom Management
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment for students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students’ safety and well-being.
• Planning & Preparation
  • Prepare detailed and structured lesson plans that align with learning objectives.
  • Develop teaching materials and resources to support lessons.
• Assessment & Reporting
  • Prepare, administer, and mark quizzes, tests, and examination papers.
  • Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and performance.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate with parents/guardians when required.
• Student Activities
  • Plan and conduct educational activities, projects, and learning events.
  • Support extracurricular programs and school events when needed.
• General Duties
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive teaching environment.
