About the role

Tara Foundation is seeking energetic and dedicated Teachers to join our Tuition Centers. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality primary and secondary education to students, as well as managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the centres.

Successful candidates will be based at the following locations:

• Kuala Kubu Bharu
• Kapar, Klang
• Kota Damansara.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons to primary school students in line with the curriculum
• Provide individualised attention and tailored instruction to meet students’ unique learning needs and help them reach their full potential.
• Monitor and assess students’ academic progress, providing regular and constructive feedback to students and parents to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the center, ensuring efficient scheduling, effective resource management, and proper upkeep of facilities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary and secondary education.
• Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive and supportive relationships with students parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning environment.
• Proficient in leveraging educational technology and software to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences.
• Teaching experience at the secondary level will be an added advantage
