Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more!

Responsibilities
  • Primarily responsible for sustaining and processing client’s payroll activities within established target timeline
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates in client’s payroll reports including new hires, resignations and changes to salaries and statutory deduction
  • Partner and work collaboratively with both internal teams and external vendors to support in delivering payroll reports timely and ensure quality of client’s satisfaction are met
  • Understand and maintain country specific content knowledge across multiple countries for legal and tax requirement on payrolls
  • With proven experience in providing a high standard of quality of payroll checking and verification activities
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Account Management, Business Development, and Finance to maintain strong working relationships and ensure seamless communication and execution of payroll activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines, or equivalent business experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in performing payroll functions, preferably in an outsourcing or multi-country environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management and co-teams
  • An entrepreneurial mentality, willing to explore and learn new fields
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin communication is a must
