Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Execution
  • Execute the full recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Hiring Manager Support
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Assist hiring managers in interview preparation and feedback collection.
3. Candidate Management & Experience
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage candidate expectations regarding interview timelines and outcomes.
4. Recruitment Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment reports such as interview status, offers extended, and hiring progress.
  • Ensure recruitment documentation complies with company policies and internal procedures.
5. Process Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Support recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, hiring campaigns, and onboarding preparation.
  • Assist in improving recruitment processes and workflows.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment or high-volume hiring is an advantage.
