Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Execution
- Execute the full recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Hiring Manager Support
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
- Assist hiring managers in interview preparation and feedback collection.
3. Candidate Management & Experience
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Manage candidate expectations regarding interview timelines and outcomes.
4. Recruitment Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports such as interview status, offers extended, and hiring progress.
- Ensure recruitment documentation complies with company policies and internal procedures.
5. Process Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, hiring campaigns, and onboarding preparation.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and workflows.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment or high-volume hiring is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
