Implements and oversees computer systems for a business or organization with the goal of increasing efficiency.

Perform activities of requirement gatherings and producing specifications for new or modified features, products, and capabilities, aligned with the organization standards.

To accomplish projects or given tasks within the estimated timeframe, or operational tasks daily and ensure they are handled according to the Systems Analysis workflow.

Liaise with various business units to determine requirements, perform trouble shooting, identify root cause and follow up on problem resolution until completion.

Document and analyze business related systems, manage risks and provide input to the risk management process, report the progress, and route any issues appropriately.

Requirements

• Educational qualifications with a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in computer science, software development, information technology, or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an analyst, in programming languages or RDBMS database knowledge, experience in ERP, Oracle or MS SQL will be an advantage.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex information systems projects concurrently.
• Team player with ability to work in a team and individual contributor.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and information security practices.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in AI technologies or AI-driven solutions is an added advantage.
