Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning across clinics, and distribution channels
  • Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts, expiries, and excess inventory—particularly for temperature-sensitive or short-shelf-life products
  • Assist in managing lot tracking, batch control, and expiry date monitoring in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses, clinics, and third-party logistics partners (3PLs)
  • Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm lead times, allocations, and delivery schedules
  • Support vendor performance tracking (OTIF, lead time adherence, quality issues)
Logistics & Distribution
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including cold-chain and controlled products
  • Work with logistics partners to resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies
  • Support import/export documentation and customs coordination where applicable
Compliance & Quality Support
  • Ensure supply chain processes align with industry regulations (e.g., GDP, FDA, Health Authority requirements, where applicable)
  • Assist with documentation for audits, recalls, and product investigations
  • Support SOP adherence across supply chain operations
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, forecasts, backorders, and KPIs
  • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives as the business scales
Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
  • Experience in aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, skincare, or regulated consumer products preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

  • Experience with logistics or regulated healthcare products
  • Exposure to forecasting and demand planning tools
  • Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
