Responsibilities
- Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning across clinics, and distribution channels
- Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts, expiries, and excess inventory—particularly for temperature-sensitive or short-shelf-life products
- Assist in managing lot tracking, batch control, and expiry date monitoring in compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses, clinics, and third-party logistics partners (3PLs)
- Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm lead times, allocations, and delivery schedules
- Support vendor performance tracking (OTIF, lead time adherence, quality issues)
Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including cold-chain and controlled products
- Work with logistics partners to resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies
- Support import/export documentation and customs coordination where applicable
Compliance & Quality Support
- Ensure supply chain processes align with industry regulations (e.g., GDP, FDA, Health Authority requirements, where applicable)
- Assist with documentation for audits, recalls, and product investigations
- Support SOP adherence across supply chain operations
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, forecasts, backorders, and KPIs
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives as the business scales
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
- Experience in aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, skincare, or regulated consumer products preferred
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
- Experience with logistics or regulated healthcare products
- Exposure to forecasting and demand planning tools
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
