Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • She/He will be leading and managing a team of accountants to support the accounting and controlling for the countries he or she is assigned to.
  • Assigning and organising roles and responsibilities to the team members.
  • Reviewing the work or tasks done by the team to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to the team on new policies, work instructions, and new requirements from the Group.
  • Coordinating and managing the monthly balance sheet review with the Regional and Country teams.
  • Working closely with Management to implement or drive standardisation of processes across countries supported by this centre.
  • Driving commonality and simplifying processes in line with the Company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Leading and coordinating all jobs migration from the country to SSC according to the plan schedules.
  • Achieving cost‑efficiency and eliminating redundancy through the centre.
  • Team engagement and motivation.
  • Resource planning and driving for efficiencies.
  • Monitoring KPI of the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Able to manage a team of accountants and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with different cultures and manage cross‑functional interfaces.
  • Able to guide and provide coaching to the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related disciplines, or a professional degree.
  • Have 7–9 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent.
  • Management experience of at least 3 years.
