Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory and compliance in Oil & Gas.
• In-depth knowledge of PETRONAS regulations and Malaysian corporate laws.
• Strong experience in litigation management and engaging with external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and international standards.
