Job summary

A regional development authority is seeking a Senior Executive in Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement in Putrajaya, Malaysia. This role involves promoting investment opportunities, assisting investors throughout project implementation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree, have at least four years of experience in investor management, and demonstrate strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum four (4) years of working experience in investor management/marketing and promotion works.
  • Willing to travel both locally and overseas.
  • Experience working with government agencies, chambers of commerce, and business associations.
  • Knowledge of the investment landscape and economic development within the ECER.

Responsibilities

  • Support the promotion and pitching of available land parcels in MCKIP 3.
  • Act as the primary contact point for investors during their project implementation phase.
  • Coordinate with state government departments to support investors’ project approvals.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports on project status.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good report writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English
Knowledge in Mandarin dialects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Economics
