Job summary

A leading engineering solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth in engineering-based infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with clients, and prepare technical proposals. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering fields is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in engineering or construction.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, costing, and project sales.
