Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of assembly processes, electronic packaging, machinery, and materials.
• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and environmental standards.
• Proven ability to coach, advise, and develop multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Capable of analyzing unit costs and ROI for company’s profitability.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the organizational structure for engineering and maintenance.
• Establish clear goals and KPIs for assembly operations.
• Oversee implementation of advanced manufacturing systems and tools.
• Manage departmental budgets and justify improvement projects.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers and suppliers.
