A leading technology solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to enhance business development and maintain relationships with enterprise clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales quotas while providing excellent customer service. Minimum of 2 years of corporate sales experience is required, preferably with IT solutions or office solutions in large enterprises. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsible for the business development & maintain a good relationship with existing and potential large enterprise customers to identify new opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales quota in new business and up sell in existing large enterprise clients with winning strategy.
Be a “subject matter expert” to have strong understanding of the customers' sector and challenges to build a complete total solution to help customers overcome the challenges and achieve better productivity and profitability.
Prospecting to senior/C-Level decision makers to develop new business opportunity.
Develop close and strategic relationships with the customers at all levels, with the aim of translating customers’ business needs into revenue optimisation.
Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer’s enquiry, scheduling appointments, and tender participation.
Minimum of 2 years of account management or corporate sales.
Experience in selling office solutions/ IT solutions/ services in large enterprise segment.
Preferably in the software industry or related field will be adding advantage.
Experience in navigating through complex client organisation and establishing excellent rapport at all levels, especially with decision makers and C-level clients.
Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
