Job description

Adhere to the Nursing Department and Mawar Medical Centre procedures, policies and standards in executing daily duty tasks and new changes.

Monitor and identify changes in patient condition (e.g.: response to treatment, factors contributing to clinical complaints, etc.) and intervene in emergency situations.

Assist consultant in clinical assessment (rounds) and procedure. Communicate effectively with all hospital departments to provide support and care to patient (e.g.: arrange patient for diagnostic procedure, GL for procedure, etc.).

Ensure all the medical devices, equipment are decontaminated appropriately as such cleaned, disinfected and sterilized to the hospital infection control policy and procedure. Assist manager in ensuring department is ready for patient (e.g.: equipment, stock, and system). Ensure accurate charges. Achieve department and personnel KPI and QA activities.
