Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet The Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting logistics operations to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance across global freight and distribution flows. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement in our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyse, and organise logistics performance data (e.g., freight cost, transit time, inventory movement, OTD/OTIF, documentation accuracy, damage-free rates) to support inbound, outbound, and international shipment performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update scorecards, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reporting packs; identify and communicate key trends, variances, and exceptions for team follow-up.
  • Track carrier/forwarder KPIs (e.g., OTD, OTIF, lead time, freight cost per unit, customs clearance time) and prepare concise summaries for management review.
  • Support freight procurement and rate management by compiling benchmark data, comparing bids, validating invoices against contracted rates, and maintaining/updating rate files.
  • Provide foundational analysis on shipment mode usage and key cost drivers; develop scenario worksheets and recommendations under guidance and agreed assumptions.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs, forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to follow up on operational issues (e.g., delays, documentation gaps, dock scheduling), and escape deviate in accordance with SOPs.
  • Support compliance by helping to ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to customs requirements, bonded/LMW procedures, international trade rules, and internal policies (with appropriate supervision).
  • Contribute to logistics and supply chain initiatives by preparing data extracts, cleaning datasets, and producing status updates, meeting notes, and action trackers.
  • Identify recurring process gaps (e.g., repeated paperwork errors, missed scans, billing discrepancies) and propose practical corrective actions and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Serve as the logistics incident focal point during shipment events involving damage, loss, delay, or financial exposure. Take charge of initial containment and investigation, including evidence collection (photos, logs, documents), stakeholder coordination (3PL/forwarder/carrier/internal teams), root-cause analysis, and timely escalation in accordance with SOPs. Lead the preparation of incident reports, support claims/dispute resolution, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence
  • Independently lead assigned projects or workstreams (e.g., KPI improvements, reporting automation, carrier performance deep-dives, SOP enhancements), including planning, stakeholder coordination, timeline tracking, and delivering outcomes with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, project management, industrial engineering, or freight management (manufacturing/medical device industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, cost modeling)
  • In-depth understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs paperwork, and bonded/LMW concepts is an advantage.
  • Experience working with ERP / WMS / TMS systems is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
