In this position, you will be responsible to provide end-to-end customer care support in a manufacturing environment, managing order fulfilment, customer coordination, and artwork development, and packaging compliance while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Acts as the main point of contact for customers, managing end-to-end order processing, delivery coordinator and documentation in the ERP systems
- Liaise with customers, vendors and internal teams (Sales, Planning, Production, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Warehouse) for the development and approval of artwork
- Handle customer enquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Support artwork and labelling coordination for customer packaging, liaising with RA, QA and suppliers to ensure compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate for the final approved artwork and upload into document control system
- Prepare regular reports and updates to meet the information needs of customers and internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in customer care, order management, or artwork coordination, preferably in manufacturing, medical devices, or glove industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic MS Office skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers/customers
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under tight timelines
- Knowledge of packaging artwork, labelling or regulatory compliance is an advantage
