Job summary

A leading specification sales company in Malaysia, located in Johor, seeks an individual to promote and specify products to architects, consultants, and contractors. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, and supporting the Specification Manager. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration or a related field and experience in technical sales, with excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. The role requires traveling within Malaysia and possibly overseas.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in specification sales or technical sales is an advantage.
• Experience dealing with architects, developers, and government bodies.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Chinese dialects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and specify company products to stakeholders.
• Support the Specification Manager in product specifications.
• Conduct market research and site visits to identify project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Generate new leads through cold calling and networking.
