Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineers with experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing to join our team. The Business Process Management plays a critical role in driving process excellence and operational efficiency across the manufacturing network. This position will focus on identifying improvement opportunities, standardizing best practices, developing system solutions, and enhancing data visibility to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business process improvements, manufacturing system optimization, and inventory management improvement to support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in existing processes and lead cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Control Plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) to resolve manufacturing challenges and ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process and quality issues, ensuring implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and analyze key manufacturing metrics such as yield, throughput, downtime, and scrap to identify improvement trends.
  • Provide training and coaching to production teams on new processes, tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing field.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, Lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Adequate knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA), corrective action implementation, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Basic experience with MES, SAP, or other manufacturing systems and dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire).
Preferred
  • Experience in project management and cross-site collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen principles.
  • Familiarity with automation systems, Industry 4.0 technologies, or data visualization tools.
  • Ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making and improvement initiatives.
