Qualifications

• Full-set Accounting background preferred.
• Experience in Audit will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Previous exposure to a SOX control environment will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOX Control Matrix ensuring changes are documented.
• Ensure adherence to SSC processes and control requirements.
• Engage with management on remediation steps for control concerns.
• Initiate and manage SOX and internal audits.
• Drive SOX Control and Internal Control reporting.
• Lead OpCo bank account migrations with necessary documentation.
