Job description

Support material flow coordination and inventory control in a manufacturing environment through SAP and collaboration with Quality Assurance.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in coordinating the flow of work and materials between various departments.
• Support the creation and maintenance of computerized records for material movements to ensure accuracy for audits.
• Follow up with relevant departments on material flow, progress, and inventory levels.
• Assist storekeepers in moving or transporting materials between departments according to production needs.
• Support the examination of incoming materials to ensure they match purchase order documentation.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to coordinate incoming material inspections.
• Help ensure materials are properly labelled, organized, and recorded in the SAP system.
• Assist with inventory control using SAP, e-Workflow, and other automation tools.
