Job summary

A solar technology leader in Malaysia is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure production tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities include personnel control, equipment management, and team training. Candidates must have at least 1 year of production management experience, ideally in the Solar Module Manufacturing industry, and be able to manage teams of 10 or more. Working hours follow a 4-2 shift pattern with immediate starters prioritized.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year production management experience.
• Experience leading a team larger than 10 persons.
• Working experience in Solar Module Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of production rules and regulations.
• Manage daily attendance and staff working conditions.
• Coordinate material control for production work orders.
• Train new employees to integrate into the team.
