• Monitor subcontractor performance and quality of work.
• Define the project scope and manage resources.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conduct testing and commissioning as per specifications.
• Support the project team in development and execution.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, monitor day to day site project progress and maintain a safety programmer
• To troubleshoot, repair and maintain customers solar system
• To give training and general management of all employees on the project
• To do inspection on quality of works compliance to all standard and inspection procedure
• To monitor performance of sub-contractors and staff, ensuring quality of work meet the requirement.
• To accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required
• To allocate resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff
• To maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes
• To conduct testing and commissioning according to project specifications
• To assist project team in project development and execution
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Project Manager
• To perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities

Requirements

• Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
• Willing to travel outstation within Peninsular Malaysia;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Posses own transport.
