Daily Site Supervision

• Assist in daily site supervision and ensure renovation works run smoothly.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor workmanship quality to meet company standards.
• Ensure site activities comply with drawings, specifications, and design requirements.

2. Project Progress & Reporting

• Update site progress daily and report issues to Project Manager / Designer.
• Take site measurements and ensure accuracy before fabrication or installation.
• Record site photos, work progress, and materials delivered to site.

3. Quality Control & Problem Solving

• Check materials, finishes, and installation quality.
• Identify site problems and propose practical solutions.
• Follow up on rectification works and ensure timely completion.

4. Health, Safety & Cleanliness

• Ensure workers follow safety rules and proper site SOP.
• Maintain site cleanliness and proper waste disposal.
• Report any hazards, defects, or unsafe practices immediately.

5. Client & Team Communication

• Assist in attending site meetings with clients, designers, and contractors.
• Communicate clearly with team members to avoid delays or mistakes.
• Support Project Manager in coordinating schedules and timelines.

Requirements:
