Requirements
  • Report to COMPANY TA HSE lead
  • Perform duty as stipulated in the in OSHA ’94 Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Amendment 2022)
  • Conduct full time site surveillance and intervene UAUC
  • Advisory role to Contractor’s SHO & SSS
  • Contractor’s focal point for all matter pertaining to HSE.
  • Conduct daily HSE monitoring at his work area to ensure compliance to PTW, JHA, fatigue management, PPE requirements and participate in safety inspections and accident investigations.
  • Ensure the implementation and conduct daily tool box talk with all personnel under their control.
  • Ensure the implementation of HSE plan with respect to HSE management by contractors.
  • Liaise with Area Engineers, Work Supervisors, Fire Watchers and Contractor workers to promote HSE awareness in work areas under their control.
  • Ensure daily housekeeping is carried out. Industrial hygiene and schedule waste management are maintained in the work area throughout the Turnaround.
  • Able to conduct Training and assessment which is not limited to HSE Briefing, Authorized Work Leader and any HSE related Training.
