Mabcon Energy Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) scope of solar farm development. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and investor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site execution of solar farm EPCC works (civil, mechanical, electrical).
• Supervise PV module installation, MMS structures, cabling, switchyard, and grid interconnection.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project milestones.
• Enforce safety compliance and quality standards across all site activities.
• Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and update schedules.
• Manage site-level procurement, logistics, and material delivery.
• Liaise with consultants, regulators, and clients during inspections and audits.
• Support project cashflow monitoring and cost control at site level.
• Year 1: Lead site execution for solar EPCC projects.
• Year 2: Progression to Senior Site Manager, overseeing multiple projects.
• Year 3: Potential advancement to Construction/Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ site management experience in solar, oil & gas, or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and site reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements (SEDA, ST, TNB).
• Certifications: CIDB, NIOSH Safety Passport preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and be based at project sites.
