Signal Integrity Engineer (Fully Remote)

Perform signal integrity (SI) and power delivery (PI) analysis for high-speed interfaces and support electrical engineers throughout the package design cycle. Analyze electrical results including S-parameters, IR drop, loop inductance, and related metrics, provide design recommendations, and prepare clear technical reports and documentation. Utilize industry-standard simulation tools such as ANSYS 3D Layout, ANSYS Q3D, Cadence PowerDC, and Cadence Power SI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform signal integrity (SI) and power delivery (PI) analysis for high-speed interfaces
  • Support electrical engineers by conducting signal and power simulations throughout the package design cycle
  • Analyze electrical results including S-parameters, IR drop, loop inductance, and related metrics
  • Provide design recommendations based on simulation results
  • Prepare and present clear technical reports and documentation
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in signal integrity, power integrity, or related fields
  • Proven hands‑on experience with SI/PI simulation and modeling tools (ANSYS, Cadence)
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and package‑level transmission lines
Good to Have
  • Experience with high‑speed interfaces such as DDR, SerDes, PCIe, and USB
  • Knowledge of package design processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team‑oriented environment
