Core Positioning: Visual Architect and Post-Production Specialist for video content, responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality final videos that align with brand identity and platform guidelines.
Core Responsibilities:
Full Lifecycle Management of Video Materials
Collection and Consolidation: Regularly receive and manage multi-source, multi-format video materials from the “On-the-Spot Shooting Program,” company-wide contributions, the publicity department, and external teams.
Rough Cutting and Standardization: Efficiently filter and perform rough cuts on large volumes of footage, eliminating unusable content.
Fine Editing and Final Output: Based on scripts, use editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro to perform detailed editing, packaging, audio-visual integration, and basic color grading. Deliver final videos that meet the technical specifications of various platforms (e.g., WeChat Video Channel, TikTok, Bilibili, official website).
Standardized Archiving: Strictly follow company cloud storage protocols to classify and archive raw footage, project files, and various versions of final videos in designated directories. Maintain the Footage Log and Final Video Log to ensure traceability and prevent loss of assets.
AI Technology Application and Efficiency Innovation
Actively explore and apply AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted editing, AI voice synthesis/dubbing, automated multilingual subtitle generation) to enhance efficiency in batch video production and broaden content reach.
Pre-Production Collaboration and Professional Support
Shooting Planning Support: During the content planning phase, provide professional advice from a post-production perspective to the shooting team regarding shot composition, framing, camera movement, etc., ensuring that captured footage is more conducive to high-quality editing.
Voiceover Copy Optimization: Collaborate with operations colleagues to optimize voiceover scripts in terms of sentence structure, pauses, and keyword presentation from the perspective of editing rhythm and visual matching, enhancing the audio-visual impact of content.
Requirements:
Hard Skills
Experience: 1–3 years or more of experience in full-process short video production, capable of independently managing projects from material handling to final output. Experience in batch processing of footage is preferred.
Software: Proficient in CapCut; skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong sense of editing rhythm, shot sequencing, and visual aesthetics.
Habits: Extremely meticulous in material and file management, well-organized, detail-oriented, and a reliable “data custodian” for the team.
