Role: Technical Customer Service Specialist
Work Setup: Office, Rotational Shifts
Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur
Earnings: RM 5,200 – RM 6,000 monthly

Position Overview:
We need a technically-minded customer service professional who can support our electro-mechanical products and ensure exceptional customer experiences through bilingual communication.

Handle technical inquiries and provide product support.

Coordinate order processing with production and logistics teams.

Resolve delivery issues and after-sales concerns.

Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality.

Adapt to rotating day/night shift schedules.

Ideal Candidate:

Diploma in Engineering field or 1+ year relevant experience.

Excellent command of both Chinese and English.

Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.

Effective communicator and team player.

Remuneration Package:

Base: RM 3,100 – RM 3,700

Package: Approximately RM 5,200 – RM 6,000
