Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shipping / Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, shipping activities, and LMW compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, and packing lists
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with transporters and forwarders
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting in compliance with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) requirements
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock checks
• Monitor inventory levels and update system accordingly
• Ensure warehouse processes follow safety and quality standards
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance reporting
