Job summary

A logistics company in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a professional who can manage shipping orders and oversee both import and export activities. This role will involve creating sales orders, preparing necessary documentation for shipping, and coordinating with third-party warehouses. Ideal candidates should be proficient in MS Office and have experience in shipping and importing processes. Experience with LMW renewal is a plus. Qualifications

  • Experience with LMW renewal and daily processes is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Create sales orders and organize container shipping.
  • Manage import activities from FoB to warehouse delivery.
  • Prepare import & export reports for Customs' submission.
  • Coordinate 3rd party warehouse arrangements.
  • Organize customer courier arrangements.

Skills

Computer literate – MS Office and Excel
Experience in shipping finished goods
Experience in importing raw materials
Job description

Create Sales orders and organised container shipping by sea or air and associated documentation (eg: COO; packing list; invoicing) for exports.

Organise and manage import activities from FoB to Warehouse delivery (eg: quotes; duty exemptions; LOA; LOI)

Prepare import & export reports for Customs’ submission (LMW requirement)

Co-ordinate 3rd party warehouse arrangement and transactions.

Reporting & Analysis as required

Organise and manage Customer courier arrangements by land & sea

Support data entry system administration as required

Qualifications
  • Computer literate – MS Office and Excel

  • Experience with LMW renewal and daily process (highly regarded)
