Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment/machinery. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently. Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site technical support. Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proven working experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
• Physically fit and willing to travel or work on-site when required.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license (if on-site service is required).
