About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technically driven Service Engineer to support our growing operations. This role offers hands‑on exposure to power systems, site operations, and project‑based improvements within a dynamic and structured environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Hands‑on support for UPS, Rectifier, Inverter, and Battery Systems
• Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Support site preparation, system commissioning, and operations improvement projects
• Handle technical enquiries and provide timely issue resolution
• Install and configure hardware/software; resolve basic network issues
• Maintain and update technical and procedural documentation
• Support roll‑out of new applications and evaluate new technologies
• Manage multiple service cases efficiently and professionally

What we’re looking for

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Willing to travel outstation and work independently
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft software and AutoCAD
• Possess own transport and flexible to work overtime when required
• Positive mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
