What you'll be doing

• Consulting with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Researching and selecting the most suitable destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to create customised travel itineraries
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive rates and packages
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during the client's trip
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes to effectively advise clients
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting
• Mentoring and training more junior members of the tour planning team
