Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in shopping centre fit-out.
• Knowledge of building and construction practices.
• Familiar with local statutory compliance related to fit-out.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tenant fit-out and reinstatement.
• Monitor compliance with design guidelines and local legislation.
• Liaise with leasing and facilities management.
• Review and manage Fit-Out Manual and related procedures.
• Accountable for all aspects of tenants' fit-out works.
• Source quotations, prepare purchase orders, and submit invoices.
• Handle contractor work permit approvals.
