We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead specialized recruitment initiatives and build high-quality talent pipelines for key roles. You will focus on strategic sourcing, targeted candidate engagement, and employer branding to attract the best talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities :
Specialized Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Lead sourcing efforts for critical and hard-to-fill roles across functions.
- Utilize headhunting, networking, social media, and industry channels to identify top talent.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments for specialized roles.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key positions.
- Engage with potential candidates proactively to ensure readiness for future openings.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, professional networks, and industry groups.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and strategic hiring needs.
- Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Prepare reports and analytics on sourcing, pipeline status, and recruitment performance.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate documentation.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specialized recruiting, or executive search.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Applicants must possess own transport and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).
