We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead specialized recruitment initiatives and build high-quality talent pipelines for key roles. You will focus on strategic sourcing, targeted candidate engagement, and employer branding to attract the best talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities :
Specialized Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Lead sourcing efforts for critical and hard-to-fill roles across functions.
  • Utilize headhunting, networking, social media, and industry channels to identify top talent.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments for specialized roles.
Talent Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key positions.
  • Engage with potential candidates proactively to ensure readiness for future openings.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, professional networks, and industry groups.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Support and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and strategic hiring needs.
  • Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on sourcing, pipeline status, and recruitment performance.
Compliance & Best Practices
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and candidate documentation.
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
