As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor, helping leaders identify and attract top-tier talent to drive our mission forward. You’ll combine business acumen, strategic recruitment expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence to ensure we hire the right people at the right time. You will support and fill requisitions while developing strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. You will understand and implement diverse and functional Talent Acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Partners with management to develop job specifications/requirements, competencies, make salary recommendations and negotiate starting salary with candidates.
  • Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
  • Sources candidates, manages workforce demands and develops networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools.
  • Conducts phone screens and interviews to recruit prospective employees.
  • Manages applicant tracking system and creates reports and metrics analysis.
  • Provide applicants with information on the company, oversees background checks and drug testing, and ensures successful hiring.

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment (or 2+ years with an advanced degree)

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or high‑growth tech industries.
  • Strong business acumen—you understand how talent drives business success.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross‑functional teams.

  • Experience leveraging AI, data analytics, and innovative sourcing tools to attract top talent.
